At LIFT, our training is all about you. In your first session, our trainers will walk you through our energy system approach and learn about your fitness and health goals. Together, we’ll set SMART goals and track your progress to keep you on course toward achieving them.

 

We believe that with the right plan, coaching, and motivation, anything is attainable.

Energy Systems
Development

We offer specialized training that focusses on specific energy systems:

​

  • Alactic (ATP/CP): explosive, high-energy bursts

  • Anaerobic (Glycolytic): intense work lasting up to two minutes

  • Aerobic (Aerobic): sustained cardio for endurance​

​

We help you build power, stamina, and lasting endurance so you’re ready for anything. Each class is labeled with the energy systems you’ll target, making it easy to train toward your fitness goals.

Certified + Trusted

All instructors at LIFT PT hold International Sports Sciences Association PT certifications, as well as CPR and AED training, so you’re always in safe hands. Our trainers also commit to ongoing education to stay up to date with new methods and practices, fostering a safe and encouraging environment.
